EXPO OF CUSTOMIZED TECHNOLOGY FOR THE ALUMINIUM, FOUNDRY CASTINGS & INNOVATIVE METALS INDUSTRY
The 11th edition of METEF,which will be held in Verona (Italy) from 21st to 24th June 2017, dedicated to aluminium, innovative materials, equipment and solutions for the foundry world, will be the most varied and significant expression of a country that rallies around an innovative and globally competitive industry.
Last METEF 2014 reported over 400 exhibitors, 30% of which coming from 38 foreign countries, trading delegations from 20 foreign nations, over 10,000 visiting operators, 32% of which from 60 different countries, Germany first followed by Turkey, Iran and the Western European countries, all being strategic markets searching for quality technologies and specialization.
Targeted visitors, operators and suppliers in the metals production chain characterize the METEF attendance: processing and production of parts and semis; surface treatments and machining; ferrous and non ferrous metals foundries; transports, from passenger vehicles to trains, vessels and aircrafts; mechanics, design and engineering, electromechanics; applications for the building sector; plant engineering; packaging; recycling; energy and new technologies.
Registrations for METEF 2017 are already much more numerous than they were in the same period before the previous edition, main companies already confirmed their presence and stand out for the particularly proactive spirit of their participation.
In brief, the “METEF COMMUNITY” is responding very well to next year’s appointment. It will be the only trade show with important plants and machines, particularly for pressure die casting and with a lot of innovative solutions concerning not only the products, but also machining processes and design, control and automation technologies.
METEF once more intends to establish itself as a proven instrument to promote metallurgical manufacturing know-how related to aluminium, foundries, pressure die casting, special materials and innovation in plants, technologies and applications; complex themes characterized by very fast dynamics and constant evolution. METEF can record and intercept trends, stimulating cooperation between the trade show and national and international associations in the relevant segments, bound by the common interest of encouraging the processes of communication and international visibility among companies and as a consequence the transfer of technologies and knowledge.
