Реферат

The process of extruding belong to the progressive methods of metal forming processes and allow to reduce signifi cantly material consumption, to improve the quality and operating parameters of finished products, to achieve high productivity through the use of extru ding equipment. These processes are characterized by high technological forces, large deformation degrees and their heterogeneity in the volume of manufactured product. These features are the main constraints when implementing these processes in production. In this regard, this paper presents numerical and experimental analysis of the manufacturing process for semi-fabricated “case” details via extruding of steel bar billets. Installed rational modes of their realization in the conditions of mass production are revealed. Finally, these modes will determine the force and deformation process parameters, tool resistance and service life, product quality and production profitability.
