Реферат

Study of operations of drawing low rectangular boxes from various variants of shaped billets in the FEM-based QForm 2D/3D software package has been carried out. It enables to model the drawing operation with simultaneous calculation of process parameters. A gradual obtainment of a low rectangular box has been presented. The finished rectangular boxes obtained from billets with the form recommended in literature have been shown. As a result of the experiments, defects in the upper edge of the product have been found. Theoretical results on the drawing low rectangular boxes with different angular radii enabling to obtain a rational contour of the billet for defect-free parts have been presented. A technique for determining the rational contour of a billet section when drawing boxes of a rectangular section based on the QForm 2D/3D software package has been developed. A comparative analysis of the shape of the billets in the process of drawing rectangular boxes with different angular radii has been carried out. The results obtained make it possible to create scientifi cally grounded recommendations for the development of high-tech technologies for drawing low rectangular boxes with different angular radii which reduce the labor-intensiveness of manufacturing parts, the metal consumption of billets, and increase the economic performance of production.
