Реферат

Recently, in the engineering industry there is a need for production of large-sized cylindrical products with a thin wall for special equipment. Basically, they are body products. They have serious requirements for strength properties and geometry. Obtaining these products by conventional stamping methods is a very labor intensive task. However, the processes of stamping, during which the local nature of deformation is realized, and, in particular, the rotary drawing, or rolling-off, enable to produce these parts with relatively small dimensions and weight on spin forming lathes. Forces during rolling-off are noticeably lower than during a conventional drawing, which is associated with creation of a local deformation zone. It should be noted that the processes of rotation drawing are poorly studied. There are no recommendations for choosing rational schemes of the process. In this connection, the article presents an approach to determine the rational deformation scheme and gives recommendations for the introduction of technological processes of rotary drawing, ensuring the creation of physical, mechanical and technological properties of the product material meeting the technical requirements for body parts. To ensure the required operational characteristics of the product, the development of heat treatment and deformation modes was carried out, which provide the technical requirements in relation to strength parameters.
