The book presents material describing leaching processes of different zinc-bearing raw materials. The routes and processes of leaching of zinc cin­ders are examined, including their preparing for leaching, leaching, hydrolytical cleaning of leaching solutions. Leaching processes of some oxidized ores (concentrates) are described. Leaching processes of zinc cakes, including pulp separation, are presented. Leaching processes of zinc sublimates as well as copper-cadmium cakes are investigated. Autoclave methods of leaching of zinc ores and concentrates, including sulphuric-acid, neutral, ammoniac leaching, are given. Atmospheric leaching of zinc concentrates and zinc ores is also considered. Technological parameters and products manufactured in leaching are displayed, used equipment is described.
