This book contains the prose and poetic works of graduates, professors, lecturers, post-graduate students and students of Russian State Geological Prospecting University named after Sergo Ordzhonikidzе. Various works of authors, who chose the most interesting and romantic profession of geologist, are published in this book: the long routes, unknown places of tundra and taiga, songs to a guitar near the campfire, interesting stories of old geologists and philosophical thoughts. The collection contains various works, which would be interesting not only to geologists, but also to wide readership.
