Merging of the banks

Theory and practice of merges of banks are substantiated. It is shown that definition of advantages and disadvantages of merges as well as tax, legal and accounting aspects of these operations should be made thoroughly. Recommendations for solving strategical, organizing and personnel problems that have been met by the authors during merge of Animabank and Inkasbank are given.
