The November issue of the journal contains traditional sections, while the Machine-building technologies section is dedicated to the chair for Machine-Building Technology of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, which celebrated its 90th anniversary. Readers are offered material telling about the history and achievements of the chair, as well as an article presenting a technological approach to programmatic control of the amount of tool feed. It enables to significantly increase the accuracy of processing complex-profile surfaces in conditions of an unevenly distributed allowance. Its use in the processing of miniature cycloidal helical surfaces can significantly reduce the costs of manufacturing enterprises for the technological preparation of the production of articles with cycloidal helical surfaces and expand technological capabilities of CNC milling machines.
Of particular interest is the material from the Economics and Finance section, the authors of which consider a rational way to multiply the development of the Syrian economy, based on the approach of J. M. Keynes. The approach is to choose the most favorable investment application point that can lead to the maximum positive effect. According to the research results, this point (industry) was ferrous metallurgy. The optimal configuration and location have been developed for the construction of an industrial metallurgical cluster, which provides the market with the most popular types of metal products.
