Gornyi Zhurnal
The November 2020 Issue of Gornyi Zhurnal celebrates the anniversary of the Belarusian National Technical University—100 years since the date of foundation.
The articles of the University’s fellows describe history of the University as a unique educational and innovative research cluster within the national system of education, and its contribution to the economic advancement of the Republic of Belarus. The ideas for the personal growth, creativity and social development by means of training young scientists to become highly qualified professionals are described. The need for economic engineers specializing in economic safety of industries in the sector of mineral resources is indicated. The key trends and major findings of research into mineral mining, mining and processing digitization and mining safety are described. The water resources are assessed alongside with discussion of the water supply management problems and solutions.
