This article considers the problem of the real-time production forecasting using the material balance equation. Due to the proposed assumptions, there was modified the basic equation of material balance. There was also worked out the estimation algorithm of gas and condensate obtaining. The method is based on the solution of two independent equations: the material balance equation and the productivity index equation. The reservoir pressure was matched for each time step, to equalize the gas and condensate obtaining, estimated by two equations.
