The basic stages of projecting and construction of Kostomuksha ore dressing and processing enterprise are considered, including the common projects with «Giproruda» institute, as the chief design engineer. Article also gives the method of the developers`searching and involvement for the support of the construction of ore dressing and processing enterprise`s objects, as well as the collaboration with foreign developers and contractors.
