This article gives an information about the chemical composition of the waste waters of the tailing dump at «Karelskiy Okatysh» JSC, along with the grade and influence character of waters on the surface water basins, which are situated in and around the enterprise's activity. There is also reported about the activity of ecological services of the enterprise in and around the water conservation from the negative impact of the industrial activity with an application of modern methods of the water objects monitoring, along with the new developed purification methods of the return waters, in collaboration of Russian and Finland scientists.
