Реферат | The laboratory researches and production experiments of technology of complex processing fine dust copper-smelter enterprises with use of complexing agentoxyethilidendiphophosphonic acid (OEDF) with through extraction of lead 96–98% was conducted. The technology consists of the following main units: leaching dust OEDF alkaline solution, deposition of lead phosphonate followed by dissolution; electroextraction lead to the return to the head of the solvent, the solid residue leaching of the first stage of an acidic solution of precipitation OEDF phosphonate lead, removal of arsenic, followed by purification of cementation electroextraction zinc from the resulting electrolyte. Leaching of fine dust “SUMZ” was performed at a ratio of L:S = 5:1, pH = 11–12, temperature of 25–30 oC. Cleaning solution from lead metal impurities implemented by acidification with sulfuric acid to a pH of 0.7–1.0 and the subsequent dissolution of the phosphonate residue of lead in an alkaline condition. Getting lead metal held electroextraction, after which the spent electrolyte is returned to the head process for leaching of the initial fine dust. Electrolysis cell consists of two identical chambers, made of organic glass. Between a chamber separated ion-exchange membrane (anion exchange membrane MA-41L). Cathode region of the cell was filled with electrolyte lead investigational, anode — aqueous solution of sodium sulfate. Cathodic current density of 100 A/m2. In laboratory studies conducted by the acidic leaching of the solid residue from the alkaline leaching, followed by purification of the solutions from the arsenic and grouting cleaning solution from the copper. Tested electroextraction zinc from the electrolyte resulting in the single electrolysis with cathodic current density 400 A/m2. The current efficiency of 96–98%. |
