Реферат | Power-intensity of industrial cycle per unit of marketable product is a universal index of efficiency of the whole industrial cycle of mining enterprise with open-cast mining of deposit. Electric energy, fuel combustion energy and charge chemical decomposition energy are consumed in each separate process of open-cast mining of deposit. That's why, it is reasonable to build the efficient control of processes, taking into account the united criteria, which is a specific power consumption or power intensity of process. At the same time, being a stable characteristic of technological process, specific power consumption does not depend on macroeconomic factors. That's why, this value is the most accurate in the time of estimation of efficiency of one or another process, and rather useful index, because the consumed energy can always be estimated in money terms. Universality of estimation of efficiency of technological processes on their power intensity and efficiency of such approach are confirmed on practice. Possibility of efficient control of energetic flows of ore mining production for optimal engineering solutions appears with established interconnections between the specific energetic characteristics of adjoining processes. The corresponding analysis of power intensity of consistent and interconnected technological processes of ore mining production with open-cast mining is given in this article as a universal index for estimation of efficiency and optimization of each production stage, and whole industrial cycle. It is accented that drilling and blasting operations make a significant influence on power intensity of following technological processes of extraction and primary processing of mineral. For example, efficiency of excavation and mechanic crushing in the time of extraction and processing of ore mass depends directly on power intensity of blasting operations. That's why, it is recommended to regulate the power intensity of drilling and blasting crushing of rock mass in open pit to the following production stages of mining production, mechanic crushing and grinding of rock mass. |
