Реферат | There was researched the efficiency of joint usage of elastomers (resins) and wear resistance of steels and cast irons for the following mining equipment: mill linings, hydrocyclones, modular screens, belt-conveyor screens, crushers etc. Absorption and dumping of the shock loads are carried out using resin, which, thereby, prevents the destruction of highly consistent wear-resistant steels and cast irons. The researches, carried out with application of modern methods (optical metallography, X-ray diffraction analysis, tension tests and impact-abrasive and corrosion wear), substantiated that combination of sufficient quantity of solid carbide phases and plastic austenite and perlite matrix in the structure of chrome-manganese alloys of transitional grade (1.6-2.2% of C) (200G4Kh5L (200Г4Х5Л), 200G5Kh2L (200Г5Х2Л) (200G5Kh2TFL) (200Г5Х2ТФЛ)) provides high indices of their impact-abrasive corrosion resistance. Placing of combined rubber-metal lining from the foregoing transitional-type alloys is efficient.
