Реферат | This article considers the solution of critical economic problems, improving the organization of air pollution monitoring of chemically hazard objects with the help of modern information measurement and control system, which seeks to ensure environmental services information about air pollution and support management decisionmaking to improve environmental conditions. Enhanced informationmeasuring and control system for monitoring air pollution solve a number of problems (storage and retrieval of information on the state of the regime of environment; purposeful constant processing and evaluation of information; implementation of permanent development forecasts and environment; solution of optimization problems in management decisions). System monitoring of air pollution is a set of mathematical methods, programming methods and technical means to ensure sustainable management of complex object. This article shows the tasks, which were solved with the help of the system, and generalized block diagram of information measurement and control environmental monitoring system. The main components of this system are described (knowledge base, base, software, functional part), and its main elements are shown. The paper also presents an algorithm of formation of system, including the following components: continuous collection of environmental and meteorological information; recording and storage of information; transformation of information into a form, which is most comfortable for analysis; generating recommendations for management decisions. |
