Реферат | Nowadays, research of solid substance reaction kinetics is one of the main problems of chemical kinetics. The process intensification possibilities are mostly defined by the state of kinetic researches. In connection with this, it is interesting to research the sulfiding process in scorodite-sulfider system in reducing atmosphere, created by graphite. A unique peculiarity of such topochemical systems is the process localization within reaction zone on the surface of solid reagent and solid reaction product phase division. This article shows the research results of kinetics of arsenic removement from scorodite in sulfiding roasting process. The reaction order in reagent and activation energy were defined on the basis of experimental data. The limiting stage of the process was also defined. On the basis of the carried out researches, the basic reactions during sulfiding were offered and approved by thermodynamic calculations and chemical analysis. The basic results of this technology testing are shown, as applied to the refractory oxidized ores, where arsenic is basically concentrated in scorodite. Arsenic removal is approved not only by chemical and quantitative X-ray phase analysis, but also by qualitative phase analysis. The industrial application of this technology allows to carry out the environmentally safe and efficient processing of similar refractory goldbearing ores. |
