Реферат | Information about modern techniques of flotation flow control, dosing device of flotation reagents on the basis of momentum energy-efficient batch pins and a new way of monitoring dosing activities is presented in the article. Dosing system is represented as a set of stand-alone dosing modules, allowing for projects of similar dosing systems of flotation reagents at concentrating plants for a wide range of performance. Complex pulp tester PP2 provides information about the density of the aerated and de-aerated slurry volume concentration of air in the pulp and the mass concentration of solids in the slurry, and the level of the pulp from the discharge threshold and on a conditional entry level of the pulp chamber of the flotation machine is of particular interest, since one such device provides a replacement for multiple devices. The article presents the formulas by which the computation of each of the six parameters being displayed on the front panel. Transfer of the aerated pulp in the deaerated state is carried out automatically by the control valve pacifier. Indications of pulp level measured by buoyancy level transmitter in the flotation machine chamber are adjusted by measuring the density of the aerated pulp. Objective control of the metering equipment using the measurement results of the current and the set flow rate of the reagent is proposed. The presence of a digital communication channel of microprocessor devices with the High Level Control System allows implementing closed-loop servo system using the information on the measured parameters. |
