Реферат | Demand for precious and base metals gives an impetus to a new round of technologies development for secondary metallurgy and waste management. Currently, an important condition for recycling of electronic equipment is not only a total extraction of both precious and non-ferrous metals, but the environmental compliance. Washed products compositions of radio companies waste are described, the results of heats radioelectronic scrap and the dissolution of the anodes produced from the waste of radio companies are reviewed. From a theoretical point of view, the behavior of precious metals in the electrolyte is reviewed. The technological scheme of radioelectronic scrap processing is introduced. According to the considered technology incoming raw material is sent to predisassembly. In this step, the nodes containing precious metals are removed from the electronic equipment. Scrap with a high content of precious metals after spalling is sent for refining. The rest is sent to the area of magnetic separation. After separating the magnetic fraction, which is based on Fe, Ni and Co, from nonmagnetic comprising mainly Cu and Zn, crow-bar is melted at the anodes, therewith the melt is purged with oxygen. This treatment makes it possible to adjust the composition of the prepared anodes. As a result of the dissolution of anodes on electrolytic section electrolyte containing precious metals, sludges containing noble metals and copper cathode and anode residues are formed. Sludge after decoppering is directed to producing of metal Dore. Studies on dissolving of smelting products have showed that after pre-purging during smelting anode immunization by alloy electrolysis in sulfuric acid electrolyte does not occur. The electrolyte is not enriched with fallen into the slurry during smelting impurities, which ensures its reuse. |
