Реферат | During recent years Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co. Ltd. (Tisco), China has put into practice many new technologies at the Taiyuan works, and it allowed to improved seriously the quality of finished products. Tisco opens the new horizons in the framework of “Itelligent Steel Making Level 2 Model” program, in connection of usage of automatized system for iron and steel samples preparation. The analysis is conducting more quickly and precisely, and reproducibility of the results is higher than before. It helps to make the substantial input in improvement of control conducting and managing the process of steelmaking. The authors suggest that the system became the largest one in the world for automatic samples preparation in the iron and steel industry after putting into operation the 3rd stage in December 2014. According to its strategic goal, Tisco is planning now integration of the corresponding systems for gas and slag analysis in its automatized laboratory. At present time Tisco is considering possibility of further improvement of reliability of the results of carbon, sulphur and nitrogen analysis. Additionally, automatic gas analyzers, operating with corresponding samples after their blanking, can be installed in the units of Herzog company. As well, automatized slag analysis is also planned to be conducted in the future. |
