Реферат | Metallurgical enterprises of the southern Urals are experiencing an acute deficit of iron ore. Particularly difficult situation at Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, as the main deposit was worked out, and acting career has low productivity. Processing of tailings in the amount of 10 million tons per year generates about 1 million tones of iron-containing products for the steel industry. The completeness of iron extraction in magnetic products does not exceed 35–37% because of low efficiency technologies. No operations of deep processing non-magnetic product and process crushing and grinding to liberate iron pellet does not allows to improve the quality of magnetic products and get low iron non-magnetic products for a wide applications. Low efficiency of the slag processing particle with size 10–0 mm has been testified, the number of which slags in the original slag reaches 50–55%. The study was performed at integrated laboratory facilities for crushing, dry magnetic separation, grinding and separation in a suspended state. Tubular magnetic analyzer 170Т-SE, mechanical shaker for sieving samples and the microscope Siams Photolab have been used. The processing technology for all non-magnetic products has been developed; it allows us to obtain magnetic and non-magnetic low iron products with higher quality. used The new method of separation in suspended state has been used for processing of small slag, and the technology for their enrichment in a closed loop has been developed. This technology ensures quality improvement of magnetic product. Possibility of sand replacing by low-iron non-magnetic product in a mixture for laying-out the worked space in underground mining has been studied, and the prospects of its application with simultaneous reducing of cement consumption by 30–35% is displayed. The developed technology of deep processing allows to increase the completeness of extraction of iron by 30.3 % and production of magnetic products by 18.1% with a higher iron mass fraction in them. Low iron non-magnetic products are prospective for mixes preparing in stowing of worked space during underground mining of mineral resources. |
