Реферат

This jubilee of Lebedinsky GOK (Mining and Processing Plant) actually coincides with the time when its pelletizing factory equipped with the four conveyor-type roasting machines OK-306 celebrates the 40th year of operation. Over a distance of these years, process flowsheets, temperature and filtration conditions and air-gas flow parameters have been persistently improved. The article presents the results of pellet production modernization at Lebedinsky GOK in partnership with TOREX NPVP. The key engineering solutions on technological advancement in the production of oxidized and iron-rich pellets are described and valued. The retrofit of roasting machines has essentially enhanced their efficiency, reduced energy consumption and abated pollutant emission. The implementation of all target decisions will provide the plant with the complete heating installation for the production of iron-rich pellets.
