Реферат

The conventional coal mining technology accepted at Bureinsky open pit mine-2 includes mechanical loosening of coal with the subsequent bulldozing. The operations are carried out in three stages with shattering and removal of hard overburden. The new technology suggests simultaneous shattering of coal in hanging wall and footwall. In this case, the spatial position of the coal seams is preserved, which enables their selective mechanical loosening. To this eff ect, blast holes shortened so that to produce camouflet effect are arranged under the coal seams and blasted separately at increased delay intervals. Short charges being blasted one by one eliminate displacement of coal above them. The new technological scheme for closed-spaced coal seams avoids multi-stage process of the conventional technology. The related problems are also eliminated, namely, considerable labor cost, time consumption and financial expenses, as well as industrial risk.
