Реферат | The aspects of improving the blast-furnace melting technology, including the mode of regulation of charge materials distribution, gasdynamic and blast modes, slag and thermal modes have been considered. In particular, the optimal structure of the charge materials column along the furnace’s height, and shape of a viscoplastic state zone is achieved by developing and implementing mathematical models and algorithms to control circumferential and radial distribution of the charge and gas, the position, thickness and shape of the viscoplastic zone. Measures for automation of systems and means to control blast furnace processes have been presented. The objects of automation are the blast and temperature conditions of the melting process, the blast furnace cooling system and shop-wide technological parameters. The positive eff ect of the results of blast furnace modernization and melting processes automation on improvement of technical and economic indicators of production and production costs reduction, as well as on processes of industrial waste utilization and casthouse aspiration has been shown. The prospects for the blast-furnace production development have been determined. |
