Реферат | One of the critical trends of energy saving implementation in Russia is following the energysaving policy in the sphere of production and consumption of energy sources, including their improved management. This is a high-priority problem for the mineral mining and processing industry which is the largest consumer of fuel and energy sources. Enhancement of the energy efficiency of mines on the ground of energy sources management conditions the decrease in the energy expenditure and stimulates competitive ability of the end products, production manageability and involvement of personnel in the energy saving projects. The authors discuss the problems of energy supply and energy efficiency improvement in mines based on the know-how gained in energy intensity reduction and in ecologization in the mining industry. The article describes the methodological framework for the energy efficiency and ecologization management in mining in the Perm Krai. It is pointed at the required optimized combination of the governmental and corporate levels of influence on the processes involved in energy saving and energy consumption cutting-down in production. |
