Abstract

Выполнена оценка степени наклепа и глубины его распространения при черновой токарной обработке высокомарганцовистой стали марки 110Г13Л (сталь Гадфильда). Рассмотрены особые свойства, область применения и проблемы, возникающие при механической обработке стали Гадфильда. Представлены результаты проведенных исследований при черновом наружном точении литой заготовки круглого сечения. Определены оптимальный состав реактива и длительности травления для оценки изменений структуры стали после наклепа; проведен микроструктурный анализ. Выполнена оценка степени упрочнения наклепанного слоя. Исследовано распределение степени наклепа, полученного при черновой токарной обработке по глубине. Полученные результаты позволяют разработать стратегию последующей механической обработки заготовок из стали Гадфильда. Даны рекомендации по выбору методов обработки и металлорежущих инструментов.
