Technology of multi-reservoir production from
two reservoirs using single flow string |
Реферат |
In view of high-rate development of multi-reservoir gas condensate deposits in the region of the Gogrendag-Ekerem, Korpeje, South Gamyshlyja, investigation of the multi-reservoir production (MRP) technology is a critical trend. The goal of this research is the optimization of the MRP technology in mining two gas condensate reservoirs with a single flow string, and the enhancement of hydrocarbon production efficiency. The advance MRP technology of extraction from two reservoirs using a single well has certain advantages: reduction in operating well drilling, which saves material and financial assets; speed-up of placing multi-reservoir deposits in commercial-scale operation. Moreover, it is possible to carry out seasonal recovery of gas and oil, if necessary, and to implement intra-well type gas lift using energy of gas reservoirs, etc. During the research, a new technology of multi-reservoir production from two gas condensate reservoirs using a single flow string is developed. The key point is the refinement of the accomplished calculations. The comprehensive review of the equipment operated at Gogrendag-Ekerem emphasizes effective applicability of the equipment at other regional deposits, with successful performance of every component above the packer level. It is necessary to pay attention to multifarious individual characteristics of a reservoir to employ a really effective process flow diagram of the MRP technology. The new technology features the optimized pressure, flow rate and control parameters for each reservoir. As a result, this leads to the enhanced efficiency of production, decreased capital expenditures and reduced environmental impact, and makes the technology an important component of the increase of energy resources in the oil and gas industry. |
