Реферат

The article examines the successful experience of developing a new multitrack model for training research engineers in the field of metallurgy and materials science at Peter the Great St. Petersburg State University on the basis of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering of Materials and Transport as part of the integration of education, science and the potential of the industrial partner PJSC Severstal. The content of engineering training and the structure of the developed educational program are disclosed. A pedagogical system of career guidance work with schoolchildren and students of different levels of education in close cooperation with an industrial partner is presented. The expected results of the qualified partnership between Peter the Great SPbPU and PJSC Severstal are presented.
