Up-to-date comminution concept with new system of opinions on mechanism and technology of comminution is proposed on the base of analysis of classical drum and tube centrifugal mills with rigid structure as well as dual cone and multistage mills with rigid-variated structure and mills with adjusting electric drive. Universal cone mill with gradual-variated (integral) structure with adjusting electric drive has been developed on the base of this concept.
