At present time the chair «Labour and environment protection» of Kharkov Polytechnic Institute has developed innovations allowing to hold lubricating and cooling technological media at high qualitative level for a long time — from one to five years. Minimization of bacteria number in aqueous media and permanent removal of mechanical and other impurities is considered as one of the main approaches. Developed processes and equipment can be successfully integrated in the new machine-tools and automatic lines and can practically solve the problem of changing properties of lubricating and cooling liquids in the future.
