The history of development of the Geological Museum of Chita State University is shown. The review of exhibits of four halls of a museum: mineralogy, minerals, paleontology and geological odditorium of Transbaikalia with taphonomy department is presented. The museum basic funds totals about 9000 samples of minerals, ores, rocks and organic residues.
