Results of advancing sounding of soils by system of an acoustic radar, a technique of firm inclusions detection and the forecast of cup depth at tunneling in diameter of 14,2 m by the mechanised shield of «Herrenkneht» are stated (on an example of the Lefortovsky tunnel).
