It has been recounted about the effect of influence of exploitation factors on the conditions of rock massif include underground hydrotechnical constructions (engine house, supply and tailrace tunnels). Two effect is reflected in development of dumping formation zones, varying physical and mechanical properties of rock massif materials and weaking its interblock contacts. Possibility of using the geophysical monitoring of massif state in the zone of active effect of exploitation factors has been shown. Owing to this monitoring reduction of probability of formating emergency situation at the hydro-electric power occurred.
