The results of technical-economical calculations for improvement of the technology and modernization of equipment of schemes of ore preparation at the operating mining and concentrating plants, processing ores, characterized by high content of screening (-5mm) – more than 20 %, clay less than 14 % and humidity – less than 10-14 % are presented. However grain size of crushed product for charging mills reduces down to 5(14) mm instead of -28(35) mm, providing productivity raise of grinding shop by 20-30% with simultaneous economy of electric power by 18-30 %, reducing of lining consumption by 1,3 times, grinding bodies by 19-24%. Payback of capitalized expenses compiles 6-18 months.
