Advantages of X-ray fluorescent (XRF) determination method of CaCO3, CaF, SiO2 content (comparing with chemical method) have been shown on the example of carbonate-fluorite ores. X-ray fluorescent method allows to reduce duration of analysis by more than 10 times with retaining of precision of obtained results.
