Scientific-technical developments of Orgenergostroy institute and other researching organizations directed on establishment of underground power engineering objects (water-storage and small nuclear electric stations, storehouses for high-active wastes and irradiated nuclear fuel) have been presented. These developments substantiate high level of protection of abovementioned objects from natural and technogenous effects, ecological acceptability and efficient usage of underground area.
