The developed methods and technologies of processing and utilization of high mineralized superfluity of recirculating water of tailing dump of diamond-extraction plant with complex of water cleaning in dumps system in Mirny town, provided essential increasing of ecological and industrial safety with reducing of exploration expenses in processes of industrial (recirculation) and domestic drinking providing of mining industrial region have been presented.
