The new method of preparation of bio-cake to cyanidation and carbon-in-leach process of gold, a having number of advantages is offered. Preliminary processing of neutralised bio-cake by oxygen at the raised values рН allows to take 92–97 % of gold, then as leaching without usage of this operation 70–80 % of metal are dissolved only.
