The structure of Cu—Bi—Zr phase diagram in the area of copper corner is proposed. It has been shown, that Bi2Zr compound can be in balance with copper solid solution in addition to phases from binary system. So we can conclude about presence of three-phase field of (Cu)+(Bi)+Bi2Zr+Cu5Zr. It has been established that for full binding of bismuth in Bi2Zr compound, the additive of zirconium should be inducted in amount, based on correlation Zr:Bi ≥ 0,22% (mass.). It permit to elude formation of low-melting eutectics and get the globular inclusions of Bi-bearing phase instead of streak on the grain boundaries.
