The concept of formation of knowledge management system in innovation economics taking into account globalization of global nanoindustry market is presented. The results of working of the Fund of Assistance to development of small form of enterprises in scientific-technical area and Russian fund of fundamental researches in this direction have been considered. Ideas of formation of knowledge management system can be used in estimation of perspective system form of nanoindustry development.
