Реферат | Regularities of forming high-resistant coatings in the surface area of tool steels and hard alloy cutting inserts are examined for dual-stage method of their fabrication. At the first stage, clean Ta- and Nb-coatings on samples of tool steel and inserts have been manufactured via electrolysis of Ta and Nb fluorides in salt bath. At the second stage, they made carburization or boronizing of obtained Ta or Nb coating for forming carbide (TaC, NbC) or boride (TaB, NbB) clad coatings. Testing for resistance of cutting tools with hard alloy inserts on the base of TaC carbide, obtained using the developed method, has displayed efficiency of their application in finishing processing of metal parts. |
