Power engineering and economical criterion of stopping further operation of a winning unit of hydrocarbon deposits is proposed. The technique for determination and comparison of power engineering expenses for winning of oil and accompanying gas with power equivalent of won products is shown on the example of one deposit in Tatarstan.
