Experience of organisation of technical service and equipment repair at JSC “Apatit” is resulted. The transfer principle of specified works to the independent enterprises with a view of increase of efficiency and quality of their running is realized at the plant. Job evaluation is made on value of technical finishing coefficient of each kind of the equipment.
