Реферат | The ability to control the process of loading uranium oxides into the flame reactor is investigated. The most available coordinates of a variable frequency drive of the feeding screw for controlling the operating modes of the flame reactor are the stator current and the feeding screw rotation frequency. The proportionality between the current and the momentum is ensured by continuous interlink age of the rotor winding of the driving asynchronous engine. The studies have been made on the simulation model of vector-controlled feeding screw drive with rotor interlink age directed along the x-axis of rotating coordinate system. Operator’s actions algorithm is offered for the case of technological process departure from regulation rates. Variable frequency drive of the feeding screw allows controlling the load on the screw shaft. Having sufficient information about the course of technological process, an operator is able to properly manage the process, predict and prevent emergency situations. |
