Innovation for Russian nuclear industry enterprises are an instrument of overcoming the consequences of the crisis and competitive growth. The model of a balanced functioning of the nuclear industry labour market should be formed on the basis of the combination of continuous technological and innovation cycle, which implement the complementary economic institutions with various economic specialization. The result of this institutional interaction is the enterprises` goods and services market entry with the high added value and support of global competitiveness, creating new workplaces, attaching of young specialists on the enterprises.
