Description of Novolipetsk Integrated metallurgical Works (NLMK) production process features for cold-rolled high-strength rolled steel products of diverse grades has been given. Several types of high-strength steel are produced at plant serially or are in adoption stage of new production processes: low-alloyed cold-rolled steels with various characteristics up to steel with no less than 400 MPa yield point; high-strength (HC420LA) and high punch (HС220Y and HС260Y) IF-steels with ultra low carbon and nitrogen concentration and titanium, manganese, phosphorus, silicon and boron additives; steel with BH-effect. Strengthening curves and mechanical of HC420LA steels are analyzed. Technical procedure for production of high-strength HC420LA steels are optimixed what allowed to increase rolling speed from 300 to 750 m/min and to decrease rolling forces. Optimal technological conditions for hot rolling and annealing of strengthened rolled products from IF steels HC220Y are chosen. Dual-phase rolled products from H380X and HCT600X steels with continuous annealing are manyfactured. At present time NLMK has technical facilities and production technology for cold-rolled high-strength flat in accordance with EN 10268 (SEW 093), duplex steel flat in accordance with prEN 10338 (SEW 097).
