Historical facts
The history of the National University of Science and Technology MISIS dates back to over a century ago, when in 1918 the Moscow Mining Academy was founded, with the metallurgy department being a part of it. The University was gradually expanding, and already by 1921 the departments were transformed into universities; in 1930 it was divided into six independent institutions.
Participation
• The registration fee for one participant – 200 €, without the cost of residence (The price includes book of abstracts, CD “Reports of the conference”, other distributives, coffee breaks, lunch and supper)
• To participate a conference, an Application form should be filled and sent by fax or e-mail and the registration fee should be paid
• A special fee should be paid to participate an exhibition “Furnace design: constructions, refractory products, equipment & devices, process control systems”. Cost of rented space is 100 € per one square meter. A minimum rented space is 4 sq.m.
• Presentation – 150 €
Rules of abstract’s design
The abstract should contain an object of work, results and conclusion. The abstracts should be presented in electronic form, with maximum volume up to 10 pages. Page size: А4 (210 x 297 mm); font: Times New Roman; font size: 12; line interval – 1; file type: Microsoft Word. A graphical format of Figures and graphs – JPG.
Name(s) of author(s), organization, city (in the upper right corner by lower case letters) and title of report (in the center by capital letters) should be indicated in the head of abstract. An electronic copy of abstract (Microsoft Word file) should be send by e-mail. The deadline of abstracts is October 15, 2018.
