Gornyi Zhurnal
The leading article of this issue, written by the Journal’s Chief Editor L. Puchkov, tells about the effect of the energy conservation law in the development of the global economy. It is necessary to compel the economy and the physical laws, which will accurately define the rates and limits of economy development and prevent the unchecked prevalence of financial instruments.
