Abstract
Investigations on phase transformation temperatures with preliminary deformation and without it for TRIP steel containing 0.22 % C, 1.5 % Si and 1.5 % Mn are executed on Gleeble-3800 testing complex. Physical simulation of different variants of thermomechanical treatment for obtaining required structure with residual austenite is done. Relationship between structural components depending on treatment conditions is revealed using quantitative metallographic and X-ray structural analysis.
