Abstract |
This article explains the improvement necessity of the encouragement of labour productivity increasing, taking into account the peculiarities of metal products market. Russian metallurgical industry is rather dependent from the situation on the global market and investment scales on the internal market. There is going to be the slowdown period for demand and prices on the metal products, because of the deceleration of Russian economics and situation in Europe. It is necessary to pay the special attention on the advanced increase in average wage of personnel, in comparison with the growth of industrial production, which is characteristic for practically all regions of placing the mining and metallurgical complex (MMC) enterprises. The results of MMC enterprises` activity in 2012 confirm the necessity of increasing the efficiency of personnel wage, which requires the improvement of interaction of employees and trade unions for solving the problems of the following wage growth, on the basis of development and modernization of production process, as the main growth conditions of labour productivity. The necessity of establishment of dependence of wage funds and personnell wage from the results of labour should be considered as the main problem in and around the wage policy. That`s why, the increasing of improvement significance of production and labour organization on enterprises is being held, along with the rational usage of labour time and improvement of work measurement, including the usage of experience of increasing the labour efficiency, on the basis of modernization of work places. |
